Learn to Decorate Cakes like a Professional at Polkemmet Country Park...

We are delighted to say we now have started offering cake decoration courses adjacent to our spacious and airy new tearoom and cafe at Polkemmet Country Park in West Lothian.

Easily accessible from Junction 4 on the M8 (just follow Brown signs for the Country Park) Polkemmet has amazing riverside walks, as well as a bowling green, golf course, 15-bay floodlit driving range and putting green, with a play area and wonderful leisure facilities for all the family.

Our courses are outlined below, and all include overalls and all cooking materials and equipment needed. Our training facility is a modern, bright and spacious environment with all modern aids to hand, and our trainers qualifications include a British Sugarcraft Guild Accredited Demonstrator as well as professional chefs and full time professional cake makers and decorators with many years of experience.
