Wedding cakes and sugar flowers are my speciality. My cakes are beautifully finished and the sugar flowers, which can be made to match the flowers in your bouquet as an everlasting memento of your wedding, are delicate and lifelike. So much so, that one bride and groom returned from their honeymoon to find that her father had planted them in pots on the kitchen window sill!
